Scope of this notice
This policy applies only to casinera.org. It does not cover the privacy practices of Razz Entertainment Ltd, the company that operates the Casinera casino product, or any payment provider you use once you leave this site. Their own privacy terms govern your account, deposits and identity documents.

We are the data controller for information collected through this site. Requests, questions or complaints about that data go to [email protected].
Categories of information we collect

Contact data arrives only if you submit it yourself, through a contact form or an email to us — typically your name, email address and the content of your message.

Why we process it, and on what basis
Technical data keeps the site working and helps us understand which pages are useful, which we rely on as a legitimate interest. Contact-form data is processed so we can answer you, which rests on your consent when you submit the form. We never use either category to make decisions about your gambling account, since we hold no account with the casino ourselves.
Sharing with third parties
We share technical data with the analytics and hosting providers that keep casinera.org running, and, where you have consented, with advertising partners. Contact-form messages and any reply thread are kept only as long as needed to resolve the query, then deleted. Technical and analytics data is retained on a rolling basis and is not linked back to an identified individual once aggregated.
Protecting minors
This site and the casino it describes are restricted to people aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and any contact-form submission that suggests the sender is a minor will be deleted without a reply.
Changes to this notice
We update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes. The version here is the one currently in force; there is no separate notification list.
